Our association is a registered non-profit charitable organization under the Hong Kong SAR Government and one of the largest training institutions in the city. We are dedicated to expanding and providing diversified professional training services, personalized employment counseling and referral services, as well as employment support services. Our mission is to meet the needs of the unemployed, job seekers, employees, and employers, enhance the competitiveness of human resources in the job market, alleviate unemployment issues, and promote upward mobility within the workforce.
